Most diesel breakdowns announce themselves weeks ahead: a seeping hose, a belt starting to crack, brakes wearing thin, a regen happening more often than it should. Preventive maintenance is how those get caught at a planned stop instead of on the shoulder of I-75. RDI Power performs diesel preventive maintenance in Brooksville for individual owners and for fleets across Hernando, Pasco and Citrus counties.

Intervals: the manual plus how you work
The owner’s manual gives 2 schedules for a reason. Towing, idling, short trips, dusty job sites and Florida heat all count as severe duty, and a truck that does those things needs shorter intervals than a truck cruising the interstate. We set intervals with you based on how the vehicle is used, and on fleet units we track hours along with miles. Our article on fleet diesel engine maintenance goes deeper.
What you get back
Every PM comes with a digital vehicle inspection: photos, measurements and technician notes on anything worn or leaking. We separate findings into what needs attention now and what can be planned for later, so you can budget instead of being surprised.
PM for fleets
Fleet downtime costs routes and crews. RDI Fleet maintenance plans are built around your operation, budget and fleet size, with scheduled PM, priority service and detailed reporting. PM visits pair well with annual DOT inspections, so a truck comes in once instead of twice. Fleet repairs carry the RDI Fleet 2-year/24,000-mile warranty.
When PM finds a problem
Small items get fixed at the visit with your approval. Bigger items, like brake work, tires or cooling system repairs, get quoted with photos so you can decide.
Tell us what you drive and how you use it, and we will set up a maintenance schedule that fits. Fleet managers can ask about an RDI Fleet plan for the whole operation.
