RDI Power is a diesel shop in Brooksville that works on everything from Power Stroke pickups to Class 8 tractors, buses and diesel pushers. We hire technicians who would rather find the real problem than replace parts until the light goes off, and we give them the tools to do it.
What it is like to work here
The shop
Multiple lifts and bays, current tools and equipment, and tablets for digital inspections on every job. Our technicians use dealer-level diagnostic software, including Ford IDS and WiTECH, and the shop is Caterpillar certified.
The schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Some roles include occasional field work with our mobile service operation.
Paid holidays
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, plus paid vacation.

Level A light duty diesel truck technician
Full-time, about 40 hours a week, in the shop with occasional field work. Advanced diagnostics, repair and maintenance on Ford Power Stroke, Ram Cummins and GM Duramax trucks and diesel pushers, plus mentoring newer technicians. The posted pay range on our previous listing was $35 to $45 per hour based on experience and certifications.
Service advisor
We are also interested in experienced service advisors who can explain diesel repairs clearly and keep a busy schedule organized.
