RDI Power exists because too many truck owners were paying for parts they did not need. Ryan Bethell grew up taking things apart in his father’s garage and putting them back together, and his first job in the trade was building engines, not just swapping components. When he went to work on other people’s fleets, he kept seeing the same pattern: a truck would come in with a symptom, a part would get thrown at it, and the same truck would be back a few weeks later with the same problem.
He decided to run a shop that works the other way. Before RDI Power had a building, it was a mobile unit serving fleet operators from Brooksville down to Tampa. Today it is a full diesel shop at 1665 Donto Way in Brooksville, with lifts and bays for pickups, Class 8 tractors, buses and diesel pushers, and a mobile operation that still goes to the customer.
The way we work
Diagnose first
Every job starts with a real diagnosis. That means dealer-level software, including Ford IDS and WiTECH for Ram, plus hands-on testing until the root cause is confirmed. A code is a starting point, not an answer.
Show the customer
Each vehicle gets a digital inspection with photos and technician notes. You see what we found, in plain language, before you approve anything. Fleet managers get the same records for every unit.
Fix it once
Caterpillar certified and ASE certified technicians do the work, in the shop or on-site. The goal on every repair is that the truck does not come back for the same problem.
Stand behind it
RDI Power repairs carry a 3-year / 36,000-mile labor warranty. Work under an RDI Fleet account carries a 2-year / 24,000-mile fleet warranty. Active and veteran military, police and fire get 10% off.
What we hold ourselves to
Honesty. We tell you what the truck needs and what it does not. If a repair is not worth doing on an older vehicle, we say so.
Transparency. Photos, notes and a clear explanation on every job, so nothing about the work is hidden.
Ownership. We are accountable for what we say and what we do. When we put our name on a repair, we stand behind it.
Loyalty. To the people who work here and the customers who trust us with their trucks.
Discipline. Doing the job the right way every time, including the inspections and checks that are easy to skip.
Who we work for
Owners of Power Stroke, Cummins and Duramax pickups. Hotshot drivers and owner-operators. Construction, agriculture, mining and logistics companies running medium and heavy duty fleets. School and shuttle bus operators. RV owners with diesel pushers who need a chassis shop that understands them. Our customers come from Brooksville and Spring Hill, across Hernando, Pasco and Citrus counties, and, through our mobile service and RDI Fleet program, from across Central Florida.
