RDI Power is a small enough shop that the people you talk to are the people who know your truck. Here is who you will meet.
Ryan Bethell, owner
Ryan learned the trade in his father’s garage and started his career building engines. Before RDI Power had a shop, Ryan ran it as a mobile unit serving fleet operators from Brooksville to Tampa, and that fleet-first, go-to-the-customer approach still shapes how the business runs. He is involved in the work every day, and customers mention the owner in their reviews for communicating repair costs clearly and finishing work on time.
Kelsey, office
Kelsey runs the office alongside Ryan and keeps the day-to-day operation moving: scheduling, customer communication, fleet records and everything that makes sure a truck that is promised on Friday leaves on Friday.
Service advisors
Brian, service advisor
Brian spent 35 years as a technician at a Chevrolet dealership before moving to the front counter. When he explains what is wrong with your truck, he is explaining something he has repaired many times himself.
Technicians
Eric, Ford specialist
Eric worked at a Ford dealership for more than 30 years. Power Stroke diagnostics, Super Duty chassis work and Ford’s dealer-level software are second nature to him.
Brad, Jesus and Geremi, diesel technicians
Our shop technicians handle a little of everything: diagnostics, engine and fuel system work, brakes, electrical, preventive maintenance and inspections across light, medium and heavy duty trucks.
Join the team
We are always interested in hearing from experienced diesel technicians and service advisors who want to work at a shop that does things the right way. See current openings.
